Title: Oh Shi Heart

Abstract

Will your sweetheart get quality manufactured chocolates for Valentine's Day? This research will require the collection and comparison of data obtained from the use of a digital scale, a Keyence VHX-6000 Digital Microscope, and a Wenzel Volumetrik ex Ct xs Scanner. CT scanning will be a non-destructive process allowing for the analysis of nut distribution, chocolate coating thickness, porosity and density of select brands of Valentine's Day chocolates. The manufacturing process will be examined to determine the quality and assembly processes of materials from these chocolate samples. Will the manufacturing process from chocolate companies contribute to the porosity defects within their chocolates?
